Registration class & participation fees

To register select New registration, fill the form and submit it.

Participation fees include:

  • Entrance to the conference, posters and exhibition rooms,conference bag with proceedings and advertising inserts, Pass'Nantes Business (3 days free travel on public transport network), coffee breaks, meals, conference dinner.
  • BUT are not included accommodation and travel to the convention venue.

** Registration as Bronze Sponsor means the publication of the company logo in the conference book as well as on the website with a link to the company website, and an advertising insert in the conference book.

*** Registration as Silver Sponsor includes, on top of the publication of the company logo in the conference book as well as on the website with a link to the company website and an advertising insert in the conference book, the registration fees for one staff member, and an exhibition booth (one table, two chairs, poster board, electric plugs). Any additional person has to register as Researcher/Industrial.

How to pay ?
  • While logged in, select the submenu Status & payment under REGISTRATION
  • You may pay by:
    • Credit Card
    • Bank Transfer (Click on Invoice to get detailed instructions)
    • Check drawn on a French Bank (Click on Invoice to get detailed instructions)
How to get your invoice ?
  • While logged in, your invoice is available by selecting the submenu Invoice under REGISTRATION.
  • If needed, you may edit the address and include your own reference.
  • Printable acquitted invoice will be available once payment has been recorded on the BRG bank account.
  • Acquitted invoices will be provided on site to each participant at the registration desk.

How to reconfirm your participation ?

  • While logged in, select Status & payment, then click on "Click here to reconfirm your registration"
Invitation letter
  • Invitation letter will be sent only to registered participants.
  • Original invitation letter will be sent upon request but you may print one directly from the web site.
  • Note that the invitation letter will be sent to the address given in your registration form.
  • The invitation letter specifies that you have been registered, if you paid your participation fees, if you submitted a contribution, and if you have got a grant.
  • No responsibility is endorsed by the organizers regarding your travel and accomodation expenses. You may be asked to provide a written proof of travel ticket purchase and hotel reservation.
  • No special format letter is provided.

How to get an Invitation letter

  • While log in, Select submenu invitation letter. Select to print directly the invitation letter or, but only if indispensable, request an original.
